Welcome to my corner of the digital world.

I’m a social science researcher who is interested in observing the world through the cracks of culture and structure. I’m currently pursuing a research-based master’s degree in social sciences at the University of Amsterdam, focusing on the intersection of political sociology and data methodology.

My research interests include:

• Intersectionality and cultural politics: with a particular focus on the position of Asian women in the wave of deglobalization;

• Algorithms and labor: analyzing how digital platforms reshape the logic of work and exploitation;

• Quantitative social analysis: using Python, R and Stata for statistical modeling, text analysis, network analysis, etc.

In addition to academics, I’m also a digital nomad and a traveler.

This blog will occasionally publish my research, thoughts, fragmented records, or some analysis and intuition written late at night.
